VALENTINE'S DAY.

HI LOVLIES.

Bald ist wieder Valentin's Tag. Nicht, dass ich zu den Menschen gehöre, die jedem Trend verfallen und aus jeder kleinen Sache einen riesigen Zirkus veranstalten, doch im heutigen Post gebe ich dir ein paar Gründe mit auf den Weg, warum ich mich auf den 14. Februar freue.


1. It's all about GIVING LOVE. Right? Korinther 13 lehrt uns Vieles über die Liebe. Unter anderem lesen wir Folgendes: 

"If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a responding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have not love, I gain nothing. (...) And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love."

2. 1. Thess 5:

" Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.

3. Sprüche 11, 25:

"He who refreshes others will himself be refreshed."

4. Sprüche 12, 25:

"An anxious heart weighs a man down, but a kind word cheers him up."

5.  Sprüche 15, 13:

"A happy heart makes the face cheerful... ."

My question to you? What's your Valentine treat? Mit was kannst du das Herz eines andern erfreuen? Ist es eine kleine Notiz im Fach der Kollegin? Ein Post-It am Kühlschrank für den Herzallerliebsten? Eine Email an einen alten Schulfreund? Eine herzliche Umarmung deiner Mutti? Blumen für die Oma? Ein Ich-Mag-Dich für deinen Dad? 
Was immer es ist, was dir gerade jetzt in den Sinn kommt. Tu es! Be a Valentine for somebody else.
